Yes, I understand that this really has very little to do with Bush as most of these people have been around longer than him, but apparently, it is okay to imply something that isn't true (such as Osama and Saddam playing bridge every other Wednesday or Condi being caught with a Peeche's folder with "Condoleezza Bush" signed all over the front), as long as you don't say it outright.
